• Before the activity, it is important not to eat a lot of food or something that is difficult to digest.
• If it is not possible to carry out the activity on the booked date, it may be possible to change the date of the reservation depending on availability.

• For our lessons the clients should only bring their own tight-fitting swimsuit, towel and sunscreen.
