• Flights take place early in the morning, taking advantage of the weather conditions and the gentle breezes that occur at dawn.
• Passengers should arrive at the take-off field with enough time to watch the balloon inflation and receive instructions from the pilot.
• The approximate duration of the flight is one hour.
• The whole activity lasts approximately three hours.
• After landing we pick up the balloon with the ground crew.
• We will celebrate the flight with champagne and a picnic lunch, and each passenger receives a diploma accrediting their balloon trip.
• At the end of the activity, we return to the launch field in the ground vehicles.
• All passengers will receive a high resolution video and a photographic report of the flight.

• In the event that weather conditions are not suitable for flying, we will contact passengers to arrange a new flight date.

• If for any reason you wish to reschedule your flight after a date has been set, you must notify us 5 days in advance of the scheduled flight date.

• We recommend wearing closed and comfortable shoes since you will be landing in the field.
• We also suggest bringing comfortable clothes as if you were going for a walk in the field early in the morning.
• We also recommend bringing a cap or hat to protect yourself from the radiant heat of the burners during the flight.
• It is allowed to bring a camera, video camera or GoPro, as long as you have a bag or backpack to store everything for the landing.
