• In case of weakness in the ankles, it is mandatory to wear hiking boots with good support.
• It is not recommended to do this activity if you have vertigo, claustrophobia, obesity, easily dislocated shoulders, excessive clumsiness or any illness, injury or physical impediment that prevents you from doing physical activity normally.

• We recommend booking at least 5 days in advance.

• We recommend bringing hiking shoes (hiking boots or sports shoes that hold the foot well).
• We also suggest bringing sports clothes and a small backpack to carry water and warm clothes.
