• This sea introduction is a first underwater experience, an initiation.
• You will dive in the sea with scuba equipment to a maximum depth of 10 meters.
• You will be accompanied and supervised at all times by an experienced instructor in a controlled environment.
• In this relaxed and controlled way, you will experience the sensations of breathing underwater for the first time and you will feel weightless as if you were an astronaut.
• The activity can be done alone or with a partner, or with your group of friends, co-workers or family members.
• Plus, as it takes place in Tossa de Mar you will witness the incredible underwater life that can be found here.

• We provide this experience at our diving school in Tossa de Mar.

• Children 10 years and older must have parental permission to access this experience.
• You can not access this activity if you are pregnant, if you have hearing, heart or respiratory problems or if you are taking medication.
• You can not fly in an airplane until 12 hours after the activity.
• You must be at our school at least 15 minutes before the activity to register. If you arrive late, access will be denied without refund.

• We recommend booking at least 5 days in advance.

• We recommend bringing a bath towel and flip-flops to access this experience.
