• You will fly from Teide National Park at 2200 meters of altitude, landing on the coast of Puerto de la Cruz, flying over the La Orotava valley.
• Photographic report of the flight and transportation included.

• The meeting point with the customers depends on the area they choose for the experience, which can either be at Plaza del Adelantado in San Cristóbal de La Laguna or at the entrance of the Botanical Garden in Puerto de la Cruz.
• Occasionally, the location can be adjusted to other customer needs, consulted and agreed upon in advance of the activity.

• The required weight of passengers is between 35kg and 120kg.
• The maximum age for passengers to participate in the activity is 70 years.
• Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian who will sign the declaration of consent.
• Passengers with any type of physical or psychological condition must consult the feasibility of the activity in advance.

• Reserve at least 24 hours in advance, subject to seat availability and weather conditions.

• It is recommended to wear comfortable sports clothing, long pants, sports footwear, a light jacket, and sunglasses.
• We provide extra jackets for the activity.
