• In case of cancellation due to force majeure, bad weather, or failure to reach the minimum number of passengers for the scheduled departure, we will reschedule the reservation for another date.
• If the activity cannot be rescheduled, it will be 100% refunded.
• If the cancellation is made by the customer, there will be no right to a refund if canceled with less than 24 hours notice, but the reservation can be moved to another day.
