• The itinerary for the hot air balloon flight over the Sevillian Aljarafe begins early in the morning, before sunrise.
• The activity lasts approximately 4 hours, with the flight itself taking at least between 45 and 90 minutes.
• The adventure begins with a meeting at the designated meeting point, followed by a journey to the launch site in off-road vehicles.
• Once there, final weather checks will be made, and we will familiarize ourselves with the balloon, its operation, and safety regulations.

• The activity is subject to date change due to unfavorable weather conditions, the customer can choose a new flight date and location.
• Cancelation due to weather and safety reasons does not entitle the customer to compensation (hotel costs, transportation, etc.).

• The reservation for the activity is subject to availability.
• Changes and cancelations are accepted with at least 7 days notice if a flight date has already been scheduled.
• Refunds are accepted within 60 days from the date of ticket purchase. After that date, no refunds can be requested.

• It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and appropriate outerwear according to the current weather.
• It is also recommended to bring a spare pair of shoes due to the landing on damp ground after the flight.
