This is the best mix of yoga and ocean.
First we will introduce the activity and get to know each other.
We will explain the equipment used and give you safety rules.
We will go out to the water where we will tie the boards to a fixed SUP Yoga platform.
The session will last about 50 minutes where we will do the different Yoga positions on the SUP board.
We have showers, changing rooms and lockers to leave/store your belongings.
We provide all the necessary equipment for the activity, so you don`t need to bring any extra material.
This activity is very accessible and for all ages.

Location

We provide this experience at Barceloneta beach.

Special conditions

In case of rain or bad weather, the activity will be rescheduled for another day, according to available schedules.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.

Equipment and clothing
