• Our yoga retreat includes a Hatha and Yin Yoga class.
• You will enjoy a guided forest bath and hiking, vegan snack and lunch.
• Let yourself be carried away by the sounds with relaxing live music by a musician.
• In this retreat you will also enjoy gong bath, yoga nidra, aromatherapy, and a celebration with cava.

• Yoga classes will be held in our retreat house, yoga center and outdoors.

• This experience is available for ages 14 and up.
• The yoga classes and therapies are outdoors in the summer and indoors in the winter.
• In case of rain the classes will be indoors.
• If you do not have a mat, please let us know and we will provide you with one.

• We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.

• We recommend bringing clothes suitable for yoga practice.
• We suggest bringing a raincoat in case of rain when walking in the mountains.
• We also recommend hiking shoes for walking in the mountains.
• It is necessary to bring sun lotion, a blanket and a mat.
• It is important to mention when booking if any person has any allergies or food intolerance.
