• Block A can include chicken tacos, salmon tartar with avocado and Japanese dressing, or house croquettes.
• Block B can include sea bass in two temperatures, yakiniku, red onion and corn; grandmother's salad; or vegetable lasañeta.
• The main course of choice may include baby squid on a ratatouille; sea bass a la bilbaína with vegetables; secreto ibérico with potatoes and corn on the cob; braised veal cheeks; or truffled mashed potatoes and sweet potato.
• Dessert to choose from may include: melting cheesecake with dulce de leche (to share); apple gyozas with vanilla ice cream and green apple sorbet ice cream; or chocolate coulant and violet ice cream.
