Learn to stand up paddle safely with our team.
We offer lessons in Los Cristianos beach, where you can also watch the wonderful volcanic cliffs.
Our SUP courses, in the quiet bay of Los Cristianos beach, have a duration of 2 hours.
We will give you in a short time the opportunity to practice SUP with total autonomy and safety with the best equipment.
This SUP course is for everyone, we will teach you all the technical, practical and theoretical skills to enjoy this sport.
Attending our courses you will acquire mastery and control of the board to feel stable and safe in the water.
Come with what you usually take to the beach and forget about the rest, because we will provide you with all the necessary equipment.
You will also have professional guidance, previous training and photographic report so that people will believe you when you tell them that you have swum with the turtles in the Atlantic Ocean.

Location

We provide this experience in our center located on the seafront of Playa de Los Cristianos.

Special conditions

In case of strong winds and high waves the excursion may be rescheduled.

Registration conditions

Reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the excursion to verify availability.

Equipment and clothing

To access this experience you only need to bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen and a change of clothes.
We offer wetsuits and vests to fully enjoy the experience.
